Snapture Privacy Policy Last updated: 10 September 2026 This policy explains what Snapture collects when you use our AI photo and video creation service, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. The operator of this service and its contact address are shown at the bottom of this page. 1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT Content you provide - Photos and images you upload in order to create something. - The results generated from them. - Text you enter, such as feedback messages. Identifiers - A random device identifier stored in your browser or app, so that your creations and credit balance stay with you without requiring an account. - If you choose to sign in: your email address and nickname. Technical and usage data - Your IP address, which we use to determine which country you are in. - Browser or device type, operating system and language. - Which templates you view and which creations you start. Advertising and measurement data - Click identifiers passed by advertising platforms in the link you followed (for example fbclid, ttclid, gclid). - Cookies set by advertising pixels on our pages (for example _fbp, _ttp). - Campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and similar) and the page that referred you. Transaction data - Credit purchases, balances and usage history. - We do not receive or store your full card number. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers and app stores. 2. PHOTOS AND FACIAL IMAGES Some features work on photographs of people, including your face. This deserves its own section. - We process these images for one purpose: to produce the result you asked for. - To do that, the image is sent to third-party AI processing providers acting on our behalf. - We do not use these images to identify you, and we do not sell them. - Only upload photographs of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it. Do not upload photographs of children. - You can delete your creations at any time from your generation history, and you can request deletion of all your data (see section 7). If the law where you live treats facial images as sensitive or biometric data, uploading a photograph is how you give us consent to process it as described here. You can withdraw that consent by deleting the content and stopping use of the service. 3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION - To operate the service: generate results, keep your history, run your credit balance. - To take payment and keep accounting records. - To keep the service safe: detect abuse, fraud and prohibited content. - To measure advertising: understand which campaigns bring people who use the service, and report conversions back to advertising platforms. - To answer you when you contact support. - To comply with our legal obligations. 4. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH - AI processing providers, who generate results from the images you upload. - Cloud hosting and content delivery providers, who store and serve files. - Payment providers and app stores, who process purchases. - Advertising and analytics platforms, including Meta, TikTok and Google, which receive measurement events. Those events may contain a click identifier, cookie identifiers, your IP address, your browser user agent and a hashed identifier. They do not contain your uploaded photographs. - Authorities, where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data. 5. COOKIES AND ADVERTISING We and our advertising partners set cookies and similar identifiers to measure whether an advertisement led to a visit or a purchase. You can clear them in your browser settings, and you can manage advertising preferences in the settings of the relevant platform, such as Meta Ad Preferences or Google Ads Settings. Blocking them does not prevent you from using the service. 6. WHERE WE PROCESS DATA Our providers operate in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. We require our providers by contract to protect it. 7. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS - See what we hold about you: Profile, then Data Management. - Delete individual creations: Generation History. - Delete everything: Profile, then Data Management, then Request Data Deletion. Your account and content are queued for deletion. Records we are required to keep for accounting, tax or fraud prevention are retained for as long as the law requires. - Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, restrict or object to processing, to receive a copy of your data, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, write to the contact address shown at the bottom of this page. 8. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT We keep uploaded photographs and generated results only as long as we need them to provide the service. Generated results may be removed automatically from your history after a retention period, and you can delete them yourself at any time. Transaction and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires. 9. CHILDREN This service is not intended for children. Do not use it if you are below the age at which you can agree to this policy in your country, and do not upload photographs of children. 10. SECURITY We use encryption in transit, access controls, and encrypted storage for credentials. No online service can promise perfect security, but we treat these measures as a requirement rather than an option. 11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY If we change this policy, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. 12. CONTACT The operator of this service and its contact address are shown at the bottom of this page. Write to us there with any question about this policy or about your data.
